Conversion Plus (DCP) is a low-cost, high-quality solution
for Accounts Receivable Conversion (ARC) that uses check image
readers to capture check and remittance stub information.
MICR line information is converted into ACH form for clearing
and remittance stub information is captured to facilitate accounts
receivable updates.
DCP also utilizes an image character recognition (ICR) program
which performs a second scan of the MICR line as well as non-MICR
information on checks and remittance stubs. This enables DCP
to incorporate critical account information not printed on
the MICR line with a single pass of the document through the
scanner. This software package is feature rich including "Run
Sort" which allows the software to automatically identify
the document type being scanned, "Reject Repair"
to identify and correct scanning problems during the run sort
process, Adjustments to balance payments before transmittal,
a research feature to search, group and view checks, and an
export feature which facilitates updating accounts receivable
systems.
This is the perfect lockbox/remittance processing solution for archive and research capabilities as well as the ability to electronically deposit payments for quicker access to funds. Contact John Orth or Bob Haizel at 1-800-334-8334 for more information and an online demonstration of the software.
